Mr. Moruf Ademola Adegbite is the Head of Planning and Budget Unit of the Agency. An indigene of Osun State, Mr. Adegbite was born on 7th March, 1970. He attended District Council Primary School, Oke Eso, Ode Omu, Osun State where he obtained his First School Leaving Certificate in 1981. He also attended St. David’s Grammar School also in Ode Omu, Osun State between 1981 and 1988 for his secondary education.
He later proceeded to the Osun State College of Education, Ila Orangun where he obtained a National Certificate in Education (NCE) in Mathematics/Geography in 1992 after which he attended the University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Kwara State and was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics in 1997.
In 2000, Mr. Adegbite began his career in the Civil Service of Lagos State when he was employed as Statistician 11, Grade Level 08, by the Lagos State Government and was subsequently deployed to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry where he served as Planning and Budget Officer till 2006. He also served in similar capacity at the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Social Development between 2006 and 2011.
Similarly, he served at the Ministry of Economic Planning and Budget between December 2011 and April, 2013 after which he was deployed to the Lagos State Parks and Gardens Agency where he worked till his deployment to the Lagos State Public Procurement Agency as Head of Planning and Budget Unit of the Agency in March, 2021. At his leisure time, Mr. Adegbite loves reading, meeting people and keeping pets.
