6. I am interested in business opportunities with the Lagos State Government. Do I need to contact each Ministry, Department and Agency individually?

Not necessarily. All procurement opportunities (Invitations to Bid, Expression of Interest and Requests for Proposals) are published and available on the Agency’s website https://www.lagosppa.gov.ng/#Tenders. However, some opportunities within the threshold and circumstances for restricted tendering are issued directly (electronically via the State’s e-procurement platform or manually) by the various Ministries, Departments and Agencies of government to vendors registered with PPA.
