32. How do we access the E-tendering platform/ submit a bid via E-tendering?

Access to e-tendering is only available to contractors registered with the PPA on the electronic (e-registration) platform. An electronic invitation notification ‘Invitation to Bid’ will be sent to the email you utilised while registering as a service provider (contractors for goods, works and/or services) with PPA. The email contains links which bidders can use to access the e-tendering platform to bid. Once a bidder accesses the e-tendering platform to commence the bidding process, the system will direct the bidder with further links and /or prompts (save, next, save and next, etc), which are user friendly and easy to follow to submit bids via e tendering.
