23. How long does it take for payments for works, goods or services to be made after delivery?

The general standard term of payment in the State is within 60 days of confirmation of satisfactory delivery of the goods or services. i.e. after full performance of the contractor’s obligations under the contract. However, in major more complex contracts, provision is normally made for progress payments on milestone achievements and this is clearly outlined in each solicitation document and Letter of Award.
